Janea Adrian Young is the President and CEO of Elite Healthcare Admin Services, bringing over 20 years of expertise in medical insurance billing and collections to the helm of her company. As a Certified Professional Coder, Janea is recognized for her deep industry knowledge, precision, and commitment to excellence in healthcare administration.
A published author and thought leader, Janea is also the creator of the innovative One Step Forward DEI (Discover, Evolve, Inspire) initiative, which empowers women to discover their talents, evolve in their passions, and inspire others to do the same. Her passion for positive change and professional development is evident in all her endeavors.
Janea’s leadership style is defined by integrity, vision, and a dedication to mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. Outside of her professional achievements, she enjoys a fulfilling personal life and has been happily married for six years.
Lisa Lawrence
Medical Billing Manager
Lisa Lawrence 20 years of comprehensive experience in the insurance industry, Lisa Lawrence is a seasoned Medical Insurance Billing Consultant known for her expert knowledge of NAIC, CMS, MSP, and ERISA COB guidelines and policies. Her career spans both the provider and payer sides, giving her a unique perspective and deep understanding of the entire claim’s lifecycle.
Lisa excels in analyzing data, identifying trends, and leveraging insurance payer websites to resolve complex billing issues. She is highly proficient in medical claim billing and coding processes, multi-system data analysis, and claims adjudication, including payment posting, account reconciliation, AR/AP, and collections.
Lisa holds an Associate’s degree in Medical Business Office Support and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Health Information Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, decorating, and traveling.
